Arkleby is a soft mould ripened cheese made from pasteurised cows’ milk supplied by local farms.
Based upon the recipe and methods used in the traditional Camembert and Brie cheeses it has a full creamy texture and a white rind.
Wrapped cheese available in 100g portions,
or as whole cheeses: Large 140g and Very Large 700g
